Breaking up this rhythm with a sporting activity lasting an hour and a half to two hours and a half. , from Monday to Friday, would improve attention.”

Not necessarily judo… “No! There may be schools specializing in ball sports, others in combat sports. Depending on these criteria, students could choose their school. And that’s it, quite simply.”
Toma Nikiforov’s measure would therefore be sporting, not financial, energy or other… “Frankly, I don’t know enough about it. We know that in politics, everything is not very clear. I prefer to talk about what I know, what is safe and scientifically proven.
