The 2021 season of the Venezuelan Women’s Basketball Super League was the first edition of the highest women’s basketball competition for Venezuelan clubs.[1]​

The inaugural match was played by the Caribeñas de Caracas and Yaracuyanas BBC teams, at 10 in the morning at the José Joaquín Papa Carrillo Gymnasium.[2]​

The regular season was played from November 8 to December 3, and the start of the postseason was on December 5 and culminated on December 12 with the victory of Deportivo Anzoátegui against Caribeñas de Caracas.[3]​
