Women’s Rights Day Celebrated with Full Day of Activities

A Day Dedicated to Empowerment and Discussion
Sunday, March 8, 2026, will see a diverse program of events at the Foyer, an associative café, dedicated to celebrating Women’s Rights Day. The event, open to all, will feature a refreshment bar and snacks throughout the day.
Morning Sessions: Wellness and Prevention
The day begins at 10 a.m. With the “Questions for a tit” quiz at the Café des Femmes. Simultaneously, a sophrology session led by C. Bideaux will be held in the En Cabos room, starting at 10:30 a.m. Following this, at 11:30 a.m., Mr. Demarquet will present a conference on Prevention of violence
in the same location.
Afternoon Activities: Skill-Building and Self-Defense
Lunch will be served as a Spanish inn at the Third Lieu, accompanied by a games café designed to foster discussions about the status of women. The afternoon continues with an introduction to yoga by Serenity in the En Cabos room at 2 p.m. (participants are asked to bring their own mats). At 3 p.m., attendees can attempt Jukido, a self-defense technique.
A healthy cooking workshop, led by E. Fourcade, will commence at 4 p.m.
Evening Events: Creativity and Community
For those with a passion for writing, a workshop will be held at 6 p.m. This will be followed by an Aperitif-conference at 7 p.m. On the theme Inspired woman, inspiring woman
. The evening will conclude with a concert and open stage, featuring musical performances and opportunities for attendees to showcase their talents. Truck2Filles will be on hand to provide food.

The event encourages women to discover what you may not recognize, to introduce yourself to activities that do excellent or can protect you, to have fun, speak freely and above all discuss the condition of women!
