The Brazilian forward made a comeback after a 25-year absence from the field, having recovered from a serious ankle injury. He had not played since September 22, and despite initial doubts about his ability to wear the team’s jersey, he did it and even scored a goal.

KEY DATES

‘O Tigrinho’ still has two more matches ahead to regain his form. Athletico Paranaense, currently eighth in the Serie A, has a chance to secure a spot in the Libertadores preliminary rounds. However, if they fail to do so, Vitor Roque’s farewell match will be against Cuiabá, alongside the youth team, on December 7.

According to reliable sources, the club plans for Vitor Roque to travel to Barcelona on December 16, after a week of vacation. The ideal scenario would be to allow him enough time to acclimate before joining the team with full energy. It is expected that his debut could take place on January 4 against UD Las Palmas.
