Double victory for the Valonsadero Badminton Club in the N4 Sub17 National Master of Montilla (Córdoba). Volantistas Hugo Sanz and Ian Antón and Miguel Pérez, in their first year in the category, won the gold medal in the men’s singles and men’s doubles events respectively in one of the most important tournaments on the national under-17 calendar.
The Valonsadero Badminton team from Soriano, coached by Carlos Palero, who came to Córdoba for the first time, developed a consistent game and a winning mentality throughout the competition that took them to the top of the podium in the two events in which they participated.
Fantastic results in these first stages of the under-17 category, which reinforce the work that these athletes have been doing and which, without a doubt, gives them extra confidence to face their next commitment in the Adria International Challenge in Opatija (Croatia) corresponding to their participation in the European badminton circuit.
