KIM JEONG-SIL, DIRECTOR of Mudra Yoga Center, is no ordinary yoga instructor. Despite undergoing three major surgeries in the past three years, including removals of breast lumps and an ovarian surgery, she remains resilient and positive. Her yoga studio, opened in February 2021, is a testament to her unyielding spirit.

From Hobby to Career

Director Kim’s yoga journey began by chance during the COVID-19 pandemic, at the recommendation of her older sister. Despite initial struggles and muscle pain, she was drawn to the practice and began training daily. As her body transformed, she felt a magical change at 40.

The Birth of Mudra Yoga Center
