LIVIGNO, Italy – The women’s freeski halfpipe final at the Milan-Cortina Winter Olympics has been rescheduled due to inclement weather, officials announced Saturday. The competition, originally slated for 19:30 local time, will now take place on Sunday, the final day of the Games.
Continuous snowfall and strong winds at the Livigno Snow Park prompted organizers to adjust the schedule. The competition was initially postponed to 21:00, before being moved to a 10:40 start time on Sunday.
