Recently, a new and strange trend of snake yoga has emerged.
In this trend people do yoga with snakes.
It started in a studio in Costa, California.
Snakes are given here while doing yoga.
During yoga, the snakes keep moving around the body. It aims to eliminate the fear of snakes in people’s minds.
Here the fear of snakes is lost by controlling breathing.
This class is about 45 minutes.
Here the people were made to lie down and the snake was released.
Besides this, the balance is made by keeping a snake in the hand.
There are about 6 snakes here and these snakes will not harm anyone.
