Governor Samuel Garcia and Melody Falco, Director of the State Institute of Physical Culture and Sports (INDE), announced this support during the recognition of the Paris 2024 participants.
“I would like to highlight that these Paris Olympics broke records for Nuevo Leon, firstly in terms of medals and secondly in the number of athletes who are members of the Nuevo Leon delegation. We will give you a lot of attention and a lot of distribution of your achievements, because you inspire our children, which is very important in this state.
“You have a gift that encourages many children in Nuevo León to follow the path of sports,” said the state president.
