This year, around ten additional stands have been added – mainly run by the Departmental Council, which will not be very present in 2023. Among the 50 stands: laser shooting, mini golf course, sports mime game… Throughout the day , workshops and demonstrations are planned. At 11 a.m., there will be gentle gym, at 2 p.m. chair yoga, at 4 p.m., dance demonstration. The goal is always the same: “to break out of isolation and show seniors that there are activities possible, whether they are able to leave their homes or not”.
This year, the day will end with a musical touch, at the Espace Franquin, from 6 p.m. Four choirs, including that of France Parkinson – the association highlighted – will take turns in the Buñuel room. The day’s activities are free and the choirs are free. More information on the city website or on 06 12 74 30 16.
