Utrecht’s Musical Mosaic: Popronde 2025 Brings 60 Acts to 33 Unique Locations
The Pop Round is coming to Utrecht on Thursday 23 October 2025. The largest traveling festival in the Netherlands is presenting 60 acts that day at 33 locations in our beautiful city. The acts spread throughout the city and can be seen in your favorite locations.
What to Expect?
The Utrecht Pop Round is one of the larger events in the Netherlands this year, with 60 performances at 33 locations. The acts will perform in various unique locations, from music venues like Warmoes and Bunk to cafés such as Tilt! and Klein Berlin, even in shops like Broese bookstore and electronics store Hifi Klubben.
Newvenues and Returning Favorites
New venues this year include King Louie, Teatro (Kabul à Gogo), country house in the city, Bierkantine, and Vandestreek Café. Returning favorites such as Ekko, Ostadetheater, and Tivoli will also host performances.
Partner Hosts and Stages
Three locations are hosted by partners of the Pop Round. Ekko will host this year’s biggest stage, “3 for 12.” The Oestadetheater welcomes the “OVER” stage. The FunX-Podium can be found in Kargadoor.
The Lineup and Timings
The program starts at 6:30 PM with a preview of Linde in King Louie. Julia Adriana kicks off simultaneously at Broese. An astounding nine acts are scheduled between 8 PM and 8:30 PM. The festivities continue until 2:30 AM in Ekko with M2K and 3:00 AM with Kagami in the Ostadetheater. This year, two after parties are planned in Ekko and De Helling.
Diverse Artists in Store
The full lineup consists of an eclectic mix of artists, from the indie pop of Julia Adriana to the experimental hip-hop of M2K. Other notable acts include the soulful Bens, the punky Coos, and the electronic duo Syot.
