The inauguration ceremony, held at the cricket stadium within the sports complex, was attended by Commissioner Colonization Navneet Kumar, Additional Divisional Commissioner C.R. Devasi, ADM Deependra Singh Rathore, Additional Commissioner Devasthan Giteshashree Malviya, and social workers Gajpal Singh and Chandragupt Singh Chauhan.

District Sports Officer Dr. Mahesh Paliwal announced that a total of eight teams are participating, including one from Jaipur headquarters, with over 800 athletes showcasing their skills. The competition includes events in table tennis, cricket, volleyball, basketball, tennis, badminton, and kabaddi.
