The Edgar Neville auditorium of the Malaga Provincial Council will host this Wednesday, September 25, the 20th edition of the Malaga Provincial Basketball Gala 2024 of the Malaga delegation of the Andalusian Basketball Federation, in which the work and promotion of basketball of all the levels that make up the Malaga basketball family will be recognized.
It is Wednesday, September 25, 2024in it Edgar Neville Auditorium of the Malaga Provincial Council (C/ Pacífico, 54 – 29004 Málaga), the traditional will be held Malaga Provincial Basketball Galain an act that will begin the 19:00hThe event will be attended by municipal and supra-municipal authorities and directors of the different Malaga clubs, and as has been usual in recent editions, the journalist Emilio Guerrero will act as master of ceremonies.
During the XX Malaga Basketball Gala 2024which has already become the End of Season event and one of the most anticipated moments for all the groups that make up this FAB Delegation in Malaga, the recognitions and awards of the Season will be presented. These will be the winners of this 23/24 season:
- Recognition to the player: Conception Sanchez Fernandez-Satorre (CAB Estepona).
- “Toa Paternal” Award: Pablo Garcia (Royal Force of Monterrey).
- Club Recognition: CB Salliver Fuengirola.
- Recognition of career achievement: Pepe Pozas.
- Recognition of the 10th Anniversary of the FEM +35 Basket League.
- Special recognition to the Fuengirola Town Hall, Alhaurin de la Torre Town Hall y Malaga Provincial Council.
- In Memory: Juan Manuel Suarez Martin (CAB Estepona).
- “Javier Imbroda” Award: Jacinto Castillo.
- “Lidia Hierrezuelo” Award: Jose Carlos Sierra Carrillo.
- “Paco Rengel” Award: Jose Miguel Aguilar Lopez (SUR Newspaper).
- “Alfonso Queipo de Llano” Award: Antonio Jesus Lopez Nieto (Unicaja).
