Auria Bádminton Club Eyes National League Ascent
The Auria Bádminton Club is preparing for a pivotal weekend as they host the Second Division Gold of the National Club League in Lanzarote. The team currently holds second place in the standings and aims to strengthen their position with victories on their home court.
Key Weekend Matches at IES Blas Cabrera Felipe
The competition will grab place on Saturday at the IES Blas Cabrera Felipe facilities in Arrecife. Auria Bádminton Club will face Viladecans – Barcelona at 11:00 a.m., followed by a 4:15 p.m. Match against Valladolid.
Strong Start to the Season
Auria Bádminton Club achieved victories in the first round against Las Torres (4-3) and Hinojeros Granadilla (7-0). The team is looking to capitalize on home-court advantage to further solidify their standing.
Team Composition
The Auria Bádminton Club team consists of Martín Barbado, Miguel Barbado, Samuel Tarife, Adrián Carabali, Zeneida Ortiz, Laura María Solis, and Sara Vianelli. They will compete in seven matches: two men’s singles, two women’s singles, men’s doubles, women’s doubles, and mixed doubles.
Second Territorial National League Action
Lanzarote will also host the second leg of the Second Territorial National League on Saturday at the same venue. Auria Badminton Club has two teams participating in this category, providing opportunities for younger players to gain experience.
- Auria “B” will face Caparina “B” at 10:30 a.m. And CB Badfor at 4:30 p.m.
- Auria “C” will compete against Badminton Tenerife “B” at 10:30 a.m. And Uni Drop at 4:30 p.m.
- Auria “B” and Auria “C” will face each other at 1:30 p.m.
