The XXV OPEN Badminton Fair Tournament of Almería, coordinated by CB Mercapinturas, gathered 82 athletes from nine clubs across Spain, showcasing the province’s badminton prowess. The José Antonio Segura pavilion buzzed with competitive spirit, hosting 196 games across various categories.
Local Support and Recognition
Antonio Casimiro, Councilor for Activa Ciudad and Urban Mobility, visited the tournament, praising the involvement of Almería’s sports fabric. The event brought together clubs from Adra, Motril, Armilla, Murcia, Vélez-Málaga, Estepona, Arjonilla, and Madrid, serving as a valuable test for the upcoming season.
