Team USA Opens World Baseball Classic Campaign Against Brazil

Star-Studded Roster Highlights American Squad
The U.S. Features both 2026 Cy Young Award winners – Tarik Skubal of the Detroit Tigers and Paul Skenes of the Pittsburgh Pirates – at the top of its rotation and three-time American League MVP Aaron Judge at the heart of its order. But those aren’t the only large names donning the stars and stripes, as Team USA features All-Stars and future Hall of Famers up and down its roster.

The 2026 WBC features four pools.

- Pool B: United States, Mexico, Italy, Great Britain, Brazil
- Pool C: Japan, South Korea, Australia, Czechia, Chinese Taipei
- Pool D: Venezuela, Netherlands, Dominican Republic, Israel, Nicaragua
Pool A will play games at Hiram Bithorn Stadium in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Pool B will play games at Daikin Park in Houston, home of the Houston Astros. Pool C will play at Tokyo Dome in Tokyo, and Pool D will play at loanDepot Park in Miami, home of the Miami Marlins.
