Jan-Lennard Struff is in the second round of the ATP Masters in Rome like Dominik Koepfer, Yannick Hanfmann and Alexander Zverev. There he meets Stefanos Tsitsipas.

Tennis professional Jan-Lennard Struff (Warstein) did the same as Dominik Koepfer and made it into the second round of the ATP Masters in Rome. Koepfer had previously defeated local hero Andrea Vavassori 6:4, 6:3 and thus earned a duel with the American Frances Tiafoe.

The 30-year-old, who celebrated his first tour success on clay since Hamburg 2021, followed Yannick Hanfmann (Karlsruhe) into the second round, which Daniel Altmaier (Kempen) also wants to reach on Thursday evening.

Olympic champion Alexander Zverev (Hamburg) initially had a bye and will face Australian Aleksandar Vukic in his first duel in the “eternal city”.
