French athletes have demonstrated strong performances in the ongoing international table tennis tournament. Several players have advanced through qualifying rounds, showcasing their skill, and determination.

Women’s Singles

Camille Lutz secured a victory in her first qualifying round match against Hanitra Raharimanana of Madagascar with a score of 9-11, 11-5, 11-6, 11-9. Lutz continued her success in the second round, defeating Chengzhu Zhu of Hong Kong 6-11, 11-7, 11-8, 11-9.

Charlotte Lutz likewise made a strong start, winning against Daniela Ortega of Chile 13-11, 11-5, 14-12. However, she faced a tough challenge in the second round, falling to Tung-Chuan Chien of Taiwan 8-11, 11-6, 5-11, 11-8, 4-11.

Audrey Zarif advanced through the first two qualifying rounds, defeating Ece Haraç of Turkey 11-4, 11-6, 11-9 and then Diya Parag Chitale of India 6-11, 1-11, 12-10, 11-7, 11-7.

Leena Hochart also progressed, winning against Suthasini Sawettabut of Thailand 11-5, 8-11, 12-10, 10-12, 11-7, but was later defeated by Maria Xiao of Spain.

Men’s Singles

Simon Gauzy advanced to the 32nd final, winning against Nicholas Lum of Australia 6-11, 12-10, 13-15, 12-10, 14-12.

Félix Lebrun also secured a spot in the 32nd final with a decisive victory over Eduard Ionescu of Romania 11-4, 13-11, 11-6.

Flavien Coton joined them, defeating Benedikt Duda of Germany 11-7, 11-8, 8-11, 10-12, 11-8.

Thibault Poret also advanced, winning against Yukiya Uda of Japan 7-11, 11-7, 11-9, 6-11, 12-10.

Alexis Lebrun also secured a spot in the 32nd final with a win over Yi-Hsin Feng of Taiwan 11-6, 11-4, 12-10.

Doubles Competition

The French team also demonstrated strength in doubles play.

Men’s Doubles

Esteban Dorr and Florian Bourrassaud achieved a victory in the round of 16, defeating Guan-Hong Kuo and Yi-Hsin Feng of Taiwan 11-3, 9-11, 11-6, 11-2.

Félix Lebrun and Alexis Lebrun also advanced, winning against Nicolas Burgos and Gustavo Gomez of Chile 11-9, 11-2, 13-11.

Mixed Doubles

Alexis Lebrun and Satsuki Odo secured a win in the round of 16, defeating Eduard Ionescu and Bernadette Szocs of Romania 11-5, 12-10, 12-10.
