Groundbreaking: Silav’s Rs 12 Crore Sports Complex
Silav, a town in Bihar, is making significant strides in sports infrastructure. Following Rajgir, Silav is now being developed as a regional sports center. Construction has begun on a five-storey state-of-the-art sports building cum gymnasium, with an estimated cost of Rs 12 crore.
The complex, being built near Silav High School, will provide a dedicated platform for local players, offering all necessary facilities from training to competition under one roof upon completion.

Additional Rs 10.26 Crore for Security and Comfort
The Sports Department has allocated an additional Rs 10.26 crore for installing RO water purifiers, generator sets, CCTV monitoring system, and signboards, ensuring players’ safety and convenience.
