In his new film work, Robbie Williams narrates one of the hardest chapters he has experienced in his life and they have a direct relationship with the world of addictions. “I fell into rampant alcoholism, but when you are 20 years old and it was the 90s, there was no talk of addictions, depression, anxiety and there you were.. I was 19 years old when I first thought I had a problem, but then I buried it,” he revealed to Pablo Motos.
Another issue that he wanted to address is that he was completely rich, but ended up deeply in debt. “He owed £400,000. When I left the group, I had 1.2 million. Then I took my record company to court and had to pay a million and a half. At 21 years old he was an alcoholic, a drug addict and owed 300,000 pounds,” he confessed.
Furthermore, he confirmed that “Cocaine anesthetizes you, but at the same time it destroys you. I took advantage of the whole feeling of incredible confidence. At that time I had tunnel vision, I only saw successbut my life was a disaster.”
