The Auria Badminton Club enjoyed a highly successful weekend, claiming medals at both the As Neves Territorial Master and the TOP TTR Tuineje tournaments. The team demonstrated impressive skill and determination, securing a gold medal, a silver medal, and two bronze medals.

Success at the As Neves Territorial Master

A contingent of eight Auria Badminton Club players competed at the As Neves Territorial Master in Pontevedra, a level N5 tournament. The team brought home two bronze medals.

  • Álvaro Guadalupe secured a bronze medal in the men’s under-13 category, defeating Eric Mosquera, Gabriel Sánchez, and Antón Firvida before being eliminated in the semifinals by Pablo Fernández.
  • The doubles team of Álvaro Guadalupe and David Rodríguez also earned a bronze medal, winning all three of their group stage matches before falling in the semifinals.

Carabali Shines at TOP TTR Tuineje

Meanwhile, another group of Auria Badminton Club athletes traveled to Fuerteventura for the TOP TTR Tuineje, a level N7 tournament. Adrián Carabali was the standout performer, winning a gold medal in doubles and a silver medal in the individual category.
