CALMONT, France — Plénitude, a leading sports association in Calmont, continues to flourish, as evident in its 2024-2025 activity report. The association prides itself on its impressive membership, diverse course offerings, and commitment to community engagement.
We are proud to serve 343 members, with 68% from Calmont and the rest from neighboring municipalities.
Plénitude’s Growing Membership
The association’s 343 members include 169 children, 174 adults, 36 men, and 307 women, highlighting its inclusivity and appeal across age and gender groups.
Wide Range of Courses
- 12 teachers and a partner provide classes in seven disciplines: adult and children’s gym, dance, yoga, improvisation theater, singing, and artistic workshops.
- Additional courses include modern dance, yoga, Pilates, dance for the disabled, choreography workshop, and thighs, abs and glutes classes.
New Board Eager to Tackle Challenges
The new board, chaired by Aurélie Durand and assisted by Solène Arnold, is committed to addressing the challenges of maintaining membership, managing costs, and securing aid for the next season.
