A good baptism on the pitch for the little ones in the under 8s Piacenza Baseball in Bollate (Milan). After a winter of indoor events we moved from parquet to red clay, in a dimension certainly more suited to “real” baseball. Beginners on which Davide Bertonazzi e Francesca Contini they are working and, as always, have shown great enthusiasm and are concerned, and it couldn’t be otherwise, more about having fun than paying attention to the results. And to say that even from this point of view things didn’t go badly with a victory (9-8) and a defeat (7-9) against two Lombardy selections. Piacenza minibaseball will participate in the western Emilian championship from April, the calendar of which is imminent.
