Mark your calendars for Sunday, August 24, 2025, when the Hessische Badminton Association (HBV) is hosting a para badminton practice day in Wiesbaden. The day-long event, from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM, is tailored for players with physical disabilities at the sports hall on Wettinerstrasse.
What’s in Store?
Under the expert guidance of Michael Mai, A-coach and former national coach of para badminton, participants can expect:
- Licensed Trainers: Professionals leading varied training sessions.
- Adapted Exercises: Personalized instruction on technique, movement, and tactics.
- Game Practice: Individual and doubles exercises with a focus on gameplay.
- NetWORKING: Exchange ideas and connect with fellow para badminton enthusiasts.
No Experience Needed, All Equipment Provided
Worried about a lack of gear or experience? None required! The HBV provides sports wheelchairs and rental strings. Just bring your sports clothing, indoor shoes, and a smile!
