Optimum Tennis Academy Hosts ₹1 Lakh Prize Money Tournament; Super Series for Junior Players









The Optimum Tennis Academy Invites You

The Optimum Tennis Academy, based in Haldwani, is set to make waves in the tennis community with two prestigious tournaments. The first, a ₹1 Lakh Prize Money Open, promises thrilling competition among top rural tennis players.

What’s in store for players?

  • Top rural tennis players will compete for a total prize money of ₹1 Lakh
  • The tournament, under the aegis of BLM Academy, BS Rawat Memorial Welfare Society, and Ved Prakash Gupta Memorial Welfare Society, will take place from May 31 to June 6
  • Junior players will also benefit from the Super Series Boys and Girls Tournament, which offers a bursary of ₹100,000 to each winning player

Speaking about the event, Tournament Secretary Avnish Rastogi shared, “We have successfully organized international ITF events in the past. This year, we aim to provide an enriching experience to all participants with the help of four umpires, including referee Etina D’Souza.”

Adding to the excitement, a children’s event in the 16 age group will be held by the Asian Tennis Association in September 2025.
