ALO Studios Seeks Operations Associate to Drive Studio Success
ALO Studios is currently seeking a dedicated Operations Associate to join its team, playing a critical role in driving profitability and efficiency within its studios. This position focuses on supporting overall store operations, with a strong emphasis on inventory management and a commitment to enhancing the customer experience.
Role Overview
The Operations Associate will work closely with the Operations and Visual Management teams, initiating and completing tasks while providing valuable feedback to optimize results. What we have is a store-based position requiring a proactive and detail-oriented individual.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory processes, maximizing accuracy and minimizing loss.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies, analyze root causes, and report system gaps in partnership with General/Store Managers.
- Support key operational tasks including shipping, receiving, returns, sales floor organization, and product replenishment.
- Maintain strong visual merchandising standards throughout the retail space.
- Collaborate on reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure a safe and efficient work environment through strong warehouse standards.
- Proactively identify and address business, team, and customer needs on the sales floor.
- Execute company-level operational initiatives in partnership with management.
- Assist with shipment processing and product flow, including visual merchandising and daily replenishment.
- Utilize metrics to develop business growth strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve product concerns.
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and comfort.
Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in a customer-centric environment, sales, or operations.
- Ability to lift, push, carry, or move up to 22.7 kg (50 pounds).
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, kneeling, climbing, and crawling safely.
- Ability to stand and move throughout the work shift.
