Olivier-Maxence Prosper Secures New Contract with Memphis Grizzlies

The Memphis Grizzlies have secured the future of forward Olivier-Maxence Prosper, signing the 23-year-ancient to a new two-year contract, according to ESPN. The agreement takes effect immediately, replacing a previous two-part contract signed last September.

A Journey to Memphis

Prosper’s path to the Grizzlies wasn’t direct. Initially drafted by the Sacramento Kings with the 24^th overall pick in the 2023 draft, he was immediately traded to the Dallas Mavericks. He spent two seasons with the Mavericks, appearing in 92 games.

Yet, the Mavericks released Prosper last August, opening the door for him to join the Memphis Grizzlies just days later.

Impact with the Grizzlies

Since joining Memphis, Prosper has played in 36 games during the 2025-26 season. He is currently averaging 7.6 points, and 3.1 rebounds per game.
