New night of playoffs in the USA and in the NBA the conference semi-finals for four teams have begun. On one side the Boston Celtics hosted the Cleveland Cavaliers, on the other the Oklahoma City Thunder started their series against the Dallas Mavericks. Here’s how it went.

Clear victory for the Boston Celtics who beat the Cleveland Cavaliers 120-95. A match always in control of the hosts who, however, definitively ran away in the fourth quarter, leaving the Cavs little more than crumbs. And if we expect to see the names of Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum among the protagonists, who in fact finished with 32 points and 18 points and 11 rebounds respectively, it was Derrick White who put on a show, who finished with 25 points, but above all with 7/12 from beyond the arc.

Clear victory also for the Oklahoma City Thunder who beat the Dallas Mavericks with a round 117-95. Match in great balance throughout the first half and the beginning of the third quarter, with Kyrie Irving and Luka Doncic keeping the Mavs in the game, but from the middle of the third quarter it is OCT who takes the ball and runs away, eliminating Dallas from race-1. And the absolute protagonist is Shai Gilgeous-Alexander who comes close to a triple double with 29 points, 9 assists and 9 rebounds.

THE RESULTS OF THE NIGHT (8 MAY)
