Milano Dancing City Returns for Eighth Edition
MILANO – The eighth edition of Milano Dancing City, a dance promotion project created by Centro ArteMente, kicks off on March 7th and continues through May 10th, offering a diverse range of free lessons and performances.
“Danza per Tutti” and New Course Offerings
The program features the return of Danza per Tutti
, a cycle of free lessons aimed at individuals with no prior dance experience. This year’s offerings include Yoga, Contact Improvisation, Danceability®, Vogueing®, and a new course dedicated to Couple dancing.
- Yoga: Led by Lia Courrier.
- Contact Improvisation: Taught by Roberto Lun.
- Danceability®: With Monica Morselli.
- Vogueing®: Instructed by Chuck (Alessandro Norrito).
- Couple Dancing: Conducted by Francesco Benzo.
Special Workshop with Fernando Suels Mendoza
A highlight of the event is a special lesson/action on May 10, 2026, led by Fernando Suels Mendoza, a historic dancer with Tanztheater Wuppertal Pina Bausch from 1995 to 2018. Mendoza was involved in the creation of 14 pieces by Pina Bausch and performed in many more.
