In his nearly two-decade tenure, Tomlin led the Steelers to two Super Bowl appearances, winning Super Bowl XLIII in 2008. He guided the team to 13 playoff appearances and eight division titles, posting an impressive regular-season record of 193 wins, 114 losses, and two ties.
