McClung scored his only 50 of the night in his final attempt, he needed 49.1 points to win. McClung (height: 1.88 meters) picked Shaquille O’Neal from the audience for his attempt, then jumped over the Hall of Famer and stuffed the attempt with a reserve dunk on the first attempt.

Last year the guard had managed all of his attempts immediately, this time it was a little different, but the 25-year-old was still the deserved winner of a mediocre event. During his first dunk, McClung jumped over a teammate, briefly released the ball, grabbed it again and then dunk. However, since it only succeeded on the second attempt, there was only a 48.

For the second dunk, he followed up with a windmill dunk from the side followed by a reserve dunk, then McClung presented a windmill dunk over two people, with one carrying the other piggyback. It was possibly his best dunk, but it only received 48.8 points from the jury.
