“It was nice to be on the podium in Zandvoort, but we need to stay realistic. The pace in the race wasn’t strong, so there’s still plenty for us to understand and improve.”
Monza: A New Challenge
Monza’s low-downforce requirement presents a significant challenge, vastly different from Zandvoort’s high-downforce track. Verstappen admitted to being unsure about Red Bull’s competitiveness this weekend.
“It’s a completely different track, low-downforce, completely different corners. We’ll find out more in practice, but for now, I guess we’ll start in a good place and take it from there.”
