Malaika does Marichyasana

Step-1 of doing Marichyasana
To do this asana, straighten your waist and spread your legs forward. Now bend the left knee and bring the toes of the left foot till the thigh of the right foot.
Step-2 of doing Marichyasana
Now turn your torso to the right and press your left shoulder and left knee inwards. Then while exhaling, turn the mouth forward.
Step-3 of doing Marichyasana
After this, keeping the left foot inwards and exhaling slightly, move the left hand backwards.
Step-4 of doing Marichyasana
After this, while exhaling, take your right i.e. straight hand backwards and if possible, hold the wrist of your right hand with your left hand. Now move the torso forward. Do not bend your back during this period.
Step-5 of doing Marichyasana
Now wait in this position for 30 seconds and then repeat the process with the other leg.
