French Trio to Compete at Prestigious Augusta National Women’s Amateur

Louise Uma Landgraf, set to compete in the 2026 Augusta National Women’s Amateur.

For the second time in the history of the Augusta National Women’s Amateur (ANWA), created in 2019, France will be represented by a trio of talented golfers. Following a strong showing in 2021, Sarah Brentcheneff, Camille Min-Gaultier, and now Louise Uma Landgraf will compete at the event scheduled from April 1-4.

Rising Star Landgraf Joins the Field

Louise Uma Landgraf, 17, joins Brentcheneff and Min-Gaultier in a field of 72 competitors. Landgraf is a student at Florida State University and will be making her debut at the ANWA.

Impressive Amateur Career

Landgraf arrives in Georgia with significant momentum, having recently defended her title at the Portuguese Amateur Championship. She is likewise the victor of the Irish Women’s Amateur Open Stroke Play in both 2024 and 2025.

Her accomplishments include winning the R&A Girls’ Under-16 Amateur Championship in England and the Annika Invitational Europe in Sweden. In April 2023, at the age of 14 years, 2 months and 18 days, Landgraf became the youngest winner of a professional women’s tournament, claiming victory at the Terre Blanche Ladies Open on the LET Access Series.

Landgraf is also a member of the French national team and participated in the World Amateur Team Championship. She was also selected for the European Junior Ryder Cup team last September at Bethpage (New York).
