The draw for the Limerick Senior Hurling Championship quarter-finals is complete, with the games set for this weekend.
- Sunday, September 21:
- 12:00 PM – Ballybrown vs Adare (Askeaton)
- 4:30 PM – Kilmallock vs Monaleen (Bruff)
The winners of each quarter-final will advance to the semi-finals, scheduled for October 4/5. The Limerick senior hurling championship final is set for October 19 at the TUS Gaelic Grounds at 3:30 PM.
Group Stage Results and Key Injuries
The final round of group action in the Limerick SHC saw some exciting games and notable results.
- Ballybrown vs Kilmallock: Ballybrown secured a 4-20 to 1-19 victory, with Ross Kenny, Mikey Kiely, Leigh Doolan, and Barry Adams all notching goals. Kilmallock’s Micheal Houlihan was forced off early with an injury, and Graeme Mulcahy wasn’t fit to play.
- Monaleen vs Kildimo-Pallaskenry: Monaleen, already promoted to group one, drew 0-17 to 1-14 with Kildimo-Pallaskenry.
- Adare vs Newcastle West: Adare came back late to win 2-17 to 1-18, with John Fitzgibbon converting a penalty in injury time. Declan Hannon limped off with an ankle injury for Newcastle West.
Patrickswell has been relegated to group two for the 2026 season, while Dromin-Athlacca will play in the premier intermediate grade next year.
