In Tressan, the Les Mains Sages association, led and coordinated by Sivan Cieutat, is dedicated to supporting families, from pregnancy to adolescence.
It offers various workshops aimed at supporting parents in their journey: prenatal and postnatal yoga, mother-child singing and dancing, baby massage, as well as groups for analyzing parental situations. A space of kindness and sharing is created where everyone feels welcome without judgment. As part of the national baby massage week, the association offers a free session to learn massage with your baby (birth-1 year), this Wednesday, November 20 at 10 am. at Tressan over shared tea and coffee. Facilitates exchange between parents, who can ask their questions and share their experiences.
