On the morning of the 19th, a video titled ‘Yubi is now a yogini ☆ First yoga challenge in life’ was posted on the YouTube channel ‘Toyubi’.
In the released video, Lee Yoo-bi says, “I’m trying to film a video of myself doing yoga. “I just woke up so I’m just brushing my teeth, so please forgive my face,” he said, showing off his perfect face, drawing admiration.
Today’s yoga teacher was ignored. The teacher said, “We are going to do Hatha yoga. Compared to other programs, it is a little more static and there is more time to stay. “Through deep relaxation, the movement asanas help blood circulation,” he said.
Lee Yu-bi said, “I don’t have enough patience. “I think we need to wait a long time,” he said, expressing his expectations.

Finally, Lee Yu-bi, who showed off her fully folded body while stretching, said, “I am proud.” It was my first time doing yoga and I felt like I used all the muscles I didn’t normally use. My back muscles and sides were shocked. It was a different stimulus than stretching. The shoulders are also amazing. He praised yoga, saying, “I feel like my back has been straightened out.”
