The Judo Club Fousseretois invites the public to come and discover the different disciplines on offer.

Judo classes resumed on Tuesday September 3 and taïso on Monday September 9.

Judo jujitsu, through its moral values, its philosophy and its culture, is a martial art adapted to toddlers (baby-eveil judo), through to slightly older children, adolescents, and adults, veterans.

Everyone learns according to their ability, at their own pace, progress is individual in a group.

Flexibility, balance, coordination, discipline, respect, self-control, self-confidence, are cultivated during the courses provided with pedagogy.

Taïso, open to adults and seniors, gentle, energizing Japanese gymnastics, without falling, to get back in shape, maintain it, gently strengthen muscle tone, to cultivate a flexible body and mind, to relax, in a caring and joyful atmosphere.

Classes take place on Monday (taïso), Tuesday and Friday (judo jujitsu) depending on age categories.
