According to a league source, the Los Angeles Dodgers have met with Kyle Tucker’s agent, Casey Close, along with the Toronto Blue Jays and New York Mets. This revelation, courtesy of Jim Duquette of Sirius/XM, adds another pow ern- house to the ongoing negotiations.

The Chicago Cubs, led by president of baseball operations Jed Hoyer, had met with Tucker’s agent earlier in Las Vegas. However, the potential addition of Alex Bregman to the mix has tossed a wrench into the situation.

While details about Tucker’s meetings with the Dodgers and Blue Jays remain in the shadows, the Mets appear to have secured an in-person encounter. However, the Queens team seems reserved about their chances in the Tucker derby.
