Kazakhstan’s Football Chief Proposes New Law for Industry Revamp
Call for Change to Combat Stagnation and Boost Global Influence
The first vice-president of Kazakhstan’s Football Union, Tlekbek Akpaev
, has called for a radical overhaul of the nation’s football industry. The Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences proposes adopting a new law on football to address the current stagnation and drive change.

Key Changes Proposed in the New Law
- Restructuring clubs as joint-stock companies to achieve financial independence.
- Implementing digital control of financial flows and personal responsibility for managers.
