The conference was hosted by Segamat National Central China High School and co-organized by Lifeng Port Peihua Central and Fengsheng Port Peizhi Central.

At the opening ceremony, Luo Qiangzhen, the acting chairman of the Johor Chinese School Education Federation and the conference opening member, announced that he would give cash prizes to the top men’s and women’s teams. The men’s team champion will receive RM3,000, followed by RM2,000 for the runner-up, RM1,000 for the third place, and RM500 for the fourth place. The women’s team prizes will be the same.

Luo Qiangzhen stressed that this event is not just an ordinary sports event, but a gathering of youth forces, a heritage of sports spirit, and a reflection of firm support for national-type Chinese education. He pointed out that supporting such events means not only investing resources to increase the glory of the event but also using this activity to inspire young people’s love for sports and desire for challenges.

Luo Qiangzhen also expressed his hope that the event will bring together the power of unity andurable memories for the participation. He said, "Students should not only show their style and fighting spirit in the upcoming days, but also gain memories of youth and friendship across schools."
