Home Delivery
Our home delivery service ensures safe and secure delivery. Delivery times are typically 3 to 7 working days. Standard delivery in DOM, TOM, and Monaco takes 5 to 14 working days. Stay informed of any potential changes. We handle all customs expenses directly.
Delivery Notifications
The day before your order is delivered, our carrier will send you an email and an SMS notification. If you prefer delivery on a different day or want your order sent to a local post office or relay point, please respond to the carrier’s notification before midnight.
Return and Refund Policy
Your Right to Withdraw
As a consumer, you have a 22-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the products. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights. You can return products in good condition within 22 days of purchasing, with the cost for returns being €1.

Restrictions on Returns
Please note that the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

- Products unsheathed for hygiene or health protection

Return Procedure
You can return products using the return platform. All returns via the platform in mainland France and Belgium are subject to service costs of €1. Alternatively, you can return products for free to any of our stores in France with proof of purchase. Returns in stores are free. For more information, consult our general conditions.
