Italian Jannik Sinner Makes Stunning Comeback to Reach Miami Open Round of 16

The Italian Jannik Sinner (no. 3) qualified this Sunday for the round of 16 of the Miami Open con comeback against the Dutch Tallon Griekspoor (n.26) by 5-7, 7-5 and 6-1 in two hours and 23 minutes.

This year’s Australian Open champion suffered in the first set and couldn’t quite find his rhythm, but after a short break due to rain in the middle of the second set, he pressed the accelerator and turned the match around.
