Mini nativity scene on display
On the occasion of next Christmas, BCsicilia is organizing an exhibition open to the public for 15 days at the Joe Di Maggio House Museum in via Cutino, 14, in Isola delle Femmine, ndr), 29 and 31 December from 10 am to 1 pm.
Mini nativity scenes, ancient Christmas cards, scented calendars and objects belonging to the private collections of Agata Sandrone and Marcella Croce will be on display. A journey back in time through an illustrated heritage now relegated to the world of collecting.
The exhibition will be framed by a photo of the great baseball champion Joe Di Maggio dressed as Santa Claus, holding his only two-month-old son Joseph Paul Jr in his arms. Free admission.
