A Six-Week Learning Journey
This partnership is part of a six-week cycle, as announced by Tatiana Sigris, president of the Ploemeur Secular Association, and Gérard Vioulès, the section’s former president and coach. During this period, the U12 athletes will delve into the fundamental aspects of badminton, focusing on boosting their coordination, tactical understanding, and strategic thinking. Additionally, they will develop physical prowess through strength, joint mobility, alertness, and flexibility exercises. This multi-sport approach is a admirable attempt to foster well-rounded athletes and strengthen local sporting links.
