Bengals Suffer Road Loss in Flagstaff
FLAGSTAFF, Arizona – The Idaho State men’s tennis team opened Big Sky Conference play on Friday with a 6-1 road loss at Northern Arizona. Despite competitive performances, particularly in singles play, the Bengals were unable to overcome a strong showing from their hosts.
“Credit to NAU today,” said head coach Oliver Good. “They played good points when it mattered to get the doubles point and were a bit too good in singles. We competed well and will get back to work this week before heading to Boise for next weekend.”
