In the final, Himachal won the title by defeating Bihar by 15 runs. The competition took place in Lucknow from 8 to 10 January. Six teams participated in the Under-19 category. The final took place between Himachal and Bihar. Playing first, Himachal scored 101 runs in 10 overs. In the reply innings, Bihar could score only 87 runs.
