On October 21st, the Hanshin Tigers announced their manager and coaching staff for the 2025 season. Kyuji Fujikawa was appointed as the first team manager. Katsuo Hirata, head coach of the 1st team, has been transferred to the farm and will be in charge. Farm manager Yutaka Wada became the batting patrol coordinator for the 1st and 2nd armies.
