Players gave a thrilling performance in the semi-finals on Thursday in the prestigious Raghu Sinha ITF 200 tennis tournament going on at Jaipur Club under the aegis of International Tennis Federation (ITF) organized by Raghu Sinha Mala Mathur Charitable Trust.

Gurdarshan Singh Ramana reached the finals in the (55+) category.
On the third day of the tournament, men’s singles matches started in 60+, 65+, 70+ categories, in which Dilip Shivpuri passed the first round in the singles (70+) category and reached the second round. In the (60+) category, Prema Sherpa, Sanjeev Mehra, Inderpal Singh, Dinesh Kumar Phulwaria, Ram Prakash Gupta emerged victorious and entered the second round. Similarly, in the (65+) category, Richhpal Singh Jakhar, Yogesh Shah, Ajit Bhardwaj and Rakesh Kohli emerged winners and entered the next round.
Arun Kataria and Ranju Cherian will play the final in the men’s singles (45+) category. In the (50+) category, Jagdish Tanwar and Deepak Bagora will compete in the finals.
Competition among women players also started on this day. In the women’s singles (30+) category, Rani Smita Jain, Kanika Chaudhary, Deepmala Yadav and Nimisha Jain were the winners of the first round and entered the second round. Players from India and abroad participated in the tournament and entered the next stage by competing well in their respective categories.
