Good progress to the members of Leisure and Relaxation in Goudelin

The general meeting of the Loisirs Détente association took place on Friday at the club house in Goudelin. “For the year 2023-2024, we see a good increase in our members, with a total of 170 members, distributed as follows: 90 in fitness-Pilates, 36 in Nordic walking, 19 runners, 14 members for the relaxation walk section, and 11 for Yoga,” said Dominique Rebelo and Fabrice Pipart, the co-presidents.

The Pilates classes were so successful last season, a third class was set up and these classes are temporarily held in the village hall of Saint-Jean Kerdaniel, while work on the Goudelin hall continues. Both running groups competed in local races with podiums for women and men. The Wednesday group also runs races of regional fame, such as the Trail des Mines, or the Trail du Méné-Bré, but also international ones such as the Diagonale des Fous in Reunion. Nordic walking adapts to the pace of each person and the relaxing walk always takes place in a friendly atmosphere.
